I had an excellent experience with my commercial inspector Brad. . He was professional, on time, and did a very thorough job. He gave us a great overall outlook on the building and took the time to call afterward to go over his findings and explain everything clearly. I really appreciated his attention to detail and communication. Highly recommend!

We are very impressed by how quickly we were scheduled and turn around time on the report. This pre lease inspection was detailed and helped us to identify issues that are covered by property management prior to move in. Thanks!
